I usually don't submit reviews but after ordering and receiving this product, I felt I had to. The frame arrived well-packaged, complete with pins already in place to secure the image and wired, ready to hang! Victorian Frame--you surpassed my expectations! Thanks.

Nice frame; few issues

The frame itself is quite nice; very hard to tell the scale from the images online-- or exactly the color. It wasn't what I was expecting from the picture, but I still like it. The biggest issue is that even though I ordered it with the glass and the backing, there is nothing on the backing to hang the picture. Backing should include the hanging wire and attachments so I don't need to buy those separately and figure out how to attach them to a hard wood frame without damaging it...This is now another step that I need to figure out and hope I don't mess it up. If this isn't included, that should be made clear in the description.
