Excellent Customer Service and High Quality Product

They went above and beyond for us when our product arrived damaged during the delivery. They quickly replaced our order. Their customer service is exceptional ! This frame was for a convex antique photo of our ancestors from the 1800's and I was really worried that it would not be the correct one, but not only was the sizing precise, the frame and glass is beautiful and of top quality! It got even better!

I purchased 5 or 6 of these a decade ago, then wanted to add two more to the display. The new ones matched perfectly, and in addition include already-installed retaining tabs, which previously I had to have a frame shop installed. Now I can do the entire job myself. They would be BETTER STILL if they included a vertical and horizontal line on the back of the frame for precise positioning!
